As we continue to innovate and expand, we’re looking for a thorough Campaign Operations Specialist to join our passionate, data-driven team and help us drive our mission of automating growth and maximizing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Email Outreach Campaigns
  • Set up and oversee multiple cold-email outreach campaigns using various outreach tools.
  • Perform A/B testing across different target audiences, email copy variations, and subject lines.
  • Ensure all campaigns are completed on time and within set quality benchmarks.
  1. Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Update campaign performance dashboards accurately within 24 hours of campaign completion.
  • Maintain data integrity and consistency in all reporting—no mistakes or omissions.
  • Submit daily reports on statistics and client status by 11:30 AM CET.
  • Update essential project documents by 12 PM CET.
  1. KPI & Metrics Management
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
  1. Inbox Organization & Automation
  • Keep all campaign inboxes organized (labels, forwarding rules, etc.) for quick and efficient follow-up.
  • Monitor replies, handle automated sequences, and troubleshoot minor deliverability issues within 24 hours.
  1. Data & Audience Targeting
  • Leverage our internal creator discovery dashboard and other tools to identify the right audience segments for each campaign.
  • Understand the client’s target audience, their goals, and tailor outreach accordingly.
  1. Collaboration & Communication
  • Coordinate with the Deliverability Expert to escalate and resolve any sending/domain issues swiftly.
  • Partner with the Account Manager to align on client goals, strategies, and timeline updates.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for campaign improvements based on performance data.
  1. AI Agent Troubleshooting (Bonus)
  • Learn how our AI agent operates and be able to perform basic troubleshooting if issues arise.
  • Assist in creating or refining AI agent scripts/rules when needed to enhance campaign performance.
