Account Manager

As we continue to innovate and expand, we’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our passionate, data-driven team and help us drive our mission of automating growth and maximizing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals, addressing their needs, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Client Retention & Satisfaction: Cultivate long-term partnerships by turning one-time clients into repeat customers. Maintain strong relationships and ensure continuous engagement with clients.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with strategy, operations, and deliverability teams to ensure client strategies are aligned with their business objectives and that our services meet their expectations.
  • Campaign Performance & Feedback: Provide clients with regular updates on campaign performance, gather feedback, and suggest improvements to ensure continuous optimization.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as client satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue growth. Measure success through metrics like client satisfaction score (target of 90%+), client retention over time, and increased revenue after the initial deal.

Experience and Skills:

  • 1-2 years experience in client account management or customer success roles.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
  • Client-facing experience, with the ability to build and maintain positive, professional relationships.
  • Willingness to learn new strategies, processes, and tools related to deliverability and account management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achieve a client satisfaction score of 90% or higher.
  • Convert one-time clients into long-term partners, with measurable increase in recurring revenue.
  • Achieve client retention goals, ensuring clients stay for [X] months or longer.
  • Effective communication and coordination with internal teams to ensure client success.

Nice to Have:

  • 2+ years experience in account management or customer success.
  • Experience in strategic thinking and problem-solving within client accounts.
  • Understanding of the creator economy and influencer marketing (a bonus).
  • Familiarity with sales or data-driven environments is a plus.

Challenges & Growth Potential:

  • For 1-2 years experience candidates, we are looking for individuals who are willing to learn and grow within the role. It’s easier for us to teach strategy and deliverability basics than to teach interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • For 2+ years experience candidates, the primary focus will be on mastering our internal strategy, deliverability, and operational processes. You should be ready to manage a portfolio of clients and assist with troubleshooting complex account-related issues.
