We’re growing quickly and looking for a VP of Growth to spearhead our expansion efforts, amplify our reach, and fuel our product’s growth across key markets. This position is aimed at building long-term growth capabilities for influencers.club, strengthening our core team as we look to the future.
At influencers.club, we’re transforming how brands connect with creators, driving impactful creator outreach using data-driven strategies. With a rapidly growing product and client base, we’re on the hunt for a dynamic VP of Sales to lead and scale our sales efforts, tapping into new markets and maximizing our reach within the creator economy. We’re building a talent pipeline to support our expansion. This role, envisioned for future growth, will be a key player as we continue scaling within the creator economy.
What You’ll Do:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a small, flexible sales team.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to engage with content creators and brands on a personal, authentic level.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, with a hands-on approach to solving problems and executing strategy in a resource-constrained environment.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools to streamline workflows and improve team productivity.
Entrepreneurial Mindset:
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured, evolving environment, with a passion for driving results despite limited resources.
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats, from strategic planning to closing deals, and working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success.
Sales Process Innovation:
- Track record of developing or refining sales processes that prioritize efficiency and growth without heavy reliance on traditional infrastructure.
- Comfortable with a “test and learn” approach, continuously optimizing strategies to meet business needs.
Passion for the Creator Economy:
- Deep understanding and passion for the creator space, including social media trends, the monetization of content, and influencer marketing.
- Ability to empathize with creators and understand their unique challenges and goals.
What We’re Looking For?
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership or director-level role.
- Proven success in a fast-paced, startup environment, especially in a bootstrapped, high-growth company.
- Experience working within the creator economy, influencer marketing, or a related industry is a significant advantage.
