We’re growing quickly and looking for a VP of Growth to spearhead our expansion efforts, amplify our reach, and fuel our product’s growth across key markets. This position is aimed at building long-term growth capabilities for influencers.club, strengthening our core team as we look to the future.
As our Growth Lead, you’ll report directly to the CMO and collaborate with all leads (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Product). You’ll play a central role in shaping our growth strategy, optimizing acquisition channels, and driving revenue. We need a strategic thinker who can balance the high-level vision with data-driven execution, supporting and further scaling our talented growth team.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute growth strategies across all acquisition channels to drive product adoption, revenue, and engagement.
- Lead and manage a cross-functional growth team, working closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales to align growth efforts.
- Identify and optimize acquisition channels (e.g., paid, organic, partnerships) for customer acquisition and brand visibility.
- Own growth KPIs and use data to make informed decisions, iterate on strategies, and maximize performance across all channels.
- Analyze market trends to stay competitive and adapt strategies as needed.
- Establish frameworks for customer retention and lifetime value, focusing on user journey optimization and churn reduction.
- Collaborate with Product to ensure features and updates align with growth objectives, using data insights to inform product decisions.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or digital marketing leadership roles, ideally in a high-growth startup or SaaS company.
- Proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies that drive measurable impact.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and user acquisition strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in using data to optimize growth channels and make strategic decisions.
- Exceptional leadership skills and experience building or managing a high-performing growth team.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work autonomously and bring innovative ideas to the table.
