Our Product team is the creative engine behind our innovative tools and features, and we’re always on the lookout for visionary product leaders. This role is about exploring future growth in our Product division, with a goal to continuously elevate our offerings as our company scales.
As our Head of Product, you’ll work closely with our CEO, co-founder, and key department leads to drive the product roadmap. You’ll shape our product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and ensure we’re delivering value to our clients and creators alike. We’re seeking a proactive leader who can support and amplify our talented product team, further strengthening what they’ve already built.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and manage the product roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, CS, RevOps) to deliver products that meet market needs.
- Drive product-market fit, user experience improvements, and feature development.
- Lead the product team in prioritizing and delivering on key initiatives with efficiency and precision.
- Use data and market insights to refine and iterate on product features and strategies.
- Support and scale the current product team as the company grows, empowering them to succeed.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in product leadership, ideally within SaaS or data-driven products.
- Strong track record of defining and delivering successful product roadmaps in high-growth environments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn market and user insights into strategic decisions.
- Leadership skills to build and nurture a high-performing product team.
- Self-starter mentality with a bias for action and results-driven approach.
