Kajabi has powered hundreds of thousands of creators and entrepreneurs building digital businesses. Activation and early success are critical. The faster creators build relevant digital products and services to offer their audience and earn, the more likely they are to become paying, long-term customers.

Kajabi already knew its users were ambitious  creators – those that had an audience, a desire to monetize, and grit. What they did not have was a structured and scalable way to identify  these creators at signup: which platforms they used, the size of their audiences, their categories, or how active they were. Without this, all creators received a one size fits all onboarding even though their needs varied widely.
