Social-enriched outreach is the practice of enriching every B2B prospect email with their full social profile and recent content — then using that data to automatically personalize cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and sales sequences at scale.

Generic B2B outreach fails because prospects can tell it’s generic. The highest-converting outreach references something real about the recipient — a recent post they wrote, a topic they care about, a project they mentioned, or a professional interest.   • Platform mix → Which platforms someone is active on tells you a lot. X/Twitter-heavy = thought leadership and opinions. YouTube-heavy = long-form content and depth. Instagram-heavy = visual brand and storytelling. Tailor your channel and tone to match where they spend time.
  • Posting frequencyposting_frequency_recent_months tells you how active they are right now. Active posters are more engaged and more likely to respond to content-relevant outreach.
  • Location → Reference their city or region naturally. “Fellow Austin-based team” or “Noticed you’re operating out of London — we work with a lot of UK companies.”

Business intelligence signals

  • Is it a business or personal account?is_business and email_type fields signal whether you’re reaching a company operator or an individual. Adjust tone accordingly.
