Job Summary:

The Creator Sales role is responsible for driving customer retention by conducting cold email outreach and effectively communicating with creators and influencers for our clients. 

This position plays a crucial role in helping the company achieve its growth objectives and expand its presence in the digital marketing and creator economy space by focusing on retention over acquisition. Our clients range from startups and small businesses, to large enterprises in the Creator Economy and Influencers Marketing space. 

What you’ll do:

  • Gain a thorough understanding of the client’s business, the value it delivers to users, and their ideal target audience.
  • Develop a tailored lead generation funnel that effectively targets the clients’ specific audience.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, providing clear metrics to demonstrate the success of campaigns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Foster a collaborative relationship with clients to ensure an ongoing success and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and manage daily email campaign activities, leveraging our technology stack for efficient campaign delivery.
  • Engage leads promptly and effectively, ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Promptly identify and address any issues or setbacks during the campaign delivery process, escalating to the appropriate team members as needed.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach when making decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment by suggesting improvements to workflow processes and sharing knowledge with the colleagues.

What we’re looking for:

  • Working knowledge of email marketing tools or CRM systems
  • Proficient written and spoken English
  • Experience with Pipeline Management
  • Demonstrated data-driven decision-making skills, including proficiency in working with Google Sheets
  • Proven ability in lead prospecting and lead generation through social media and email will be considered as an advantage
  • Prior experience in sales, email marketing campaigns, or copywriting will be considered as an advantage
