Is there an API to find Twitter (X) accounts by number of tweets?

Yes. The Influencers.club Discovery API filters Twitter (X) creator profiles by publishing history — total tweet count. Set a minimum, a maximum or both — say a 1,000 minimum — and get back full profiles with follower counts, engagement rates and verified contact data.
