Instagram Account Audience location API

Is there an API to find Instagram creators by audience location?

Yes. The Influencers.club Discovery API filters Instagram creator profiles by where the audience lives — country, state or city concentration with a minimum share. Pass a location with a minimum percentage — say 30% of the audience in the United States — and get back full profiles with follower counts, engagement rates and verified contact data.
