Is there an API to find Instagram creators by follower count?

Yes. The Influencers.club Discovery API filters Instagram creator profiles by audience size — how many followers the creator has. Set a minimum, a maximum or both — say a 10,000 minimum — and get back full profiles with follower counts, engagement rates and verified contact data.
