Yes. The Influencers.club Discovery API filters Onlyfans creator profiles by who’s already on your lists — excluding up to 10,000 handles per search. Pass the handles to skip — they’re normalized automatically (lowercased, @ stripped, URLs parsed) — and get back full profiles with follower counts, engagement rates and verified contact data.
