Is there an API to find Onlyfans creators who have a Telegram?

Yes. The Influencers.club Discovery API filters Onlyfans creator profiles by the platforms and services linked on their profile. Set the creator_has flag for Telegram to true — one boolean — and get back only creators with a Telegram account or link on their profile, as full profiles with follower counts, engagement rates and verified contact data.
