Is there an API to get a Twitch creator’s current total active subscribers?

Yes. The Influencers.club Enrichment API returns the current_active_subs field — the creator’s current total active subscribers — for any Twitch handle you pass in. One call brings it back alongside the rest of the profile: verified email, follower counts, engagement, growth and cross-platform links. 1 credit per successful request on the Full tier, and nothing is charged when the lookup fails.
